Other brands of dance shoes will not be allowed due to the poor quality as they destroy our dance floors.
How to access our dancer’s class list and required shoes via our ‘Online Studio Store‘
- Upon entering the ‘Online Studio Store’ select your dancer’s class name from the drop down list
- The required shoes and suggested attire will be displayed (note under each item as to what is required style for class)
- WITHIN EACH CLASS LIST PLEASE REFERENCE:
- NOTES button: this provides the required color of shoes and additional information on the required shoes & suggested attire per class
- SIZING: Please reference the size fit advice, read reviews on sizing, and any questions please contact Discount Dance Customer Service # before ordering as all shoes brands fit differently. Shoe conversion of child to adult size is also noted.
- SHIPPING CODE: Don’t forget to look for a free shipping code on the top page of DDS website.

SHOES:
Dancers must have the required brand, color and style of shoe as listed for each class via our Online Studio Store.
Other brands/styles of dance shoes ARE NOT allowed on our dance floors.
CLASS ATTIRE:
Dancers are required to follow dress code as noted for each class. Proper class attire is to ensure teachers can provide corrections of technique and body alignment.

TIGHTS:
For classes: Ballet Pink and Light Suntan
For Recital: Theatricals brand tights are the required brand for recital tights – color and style provided per class in April (available for purchase via Online Studio Store).
Theatricals Tights Sizes: samples of all tights sizes available in studio
HAIR:
Dancers are required to have hair secured and pulled back from face (bun for ballet, ponytail/braids for other classes).
