• An annual recital is held each year in the spring and all dancers are encouraged to participate.
• If your dancer will NOT be participating in the recital, please email info@dancersinkct.com by Dec 1.

Dress Rehearsal & Recital 2026 dates:

• Dress Rehearsal 2026: Fri, May 22, 2026 at Palmer Auditorium at Connecticut College New London, CT
• Recital 2026:  Sat, May 23, 2026 at Palmer Auditorium at Connecticut College New London, CT
  • 2 shows on recital day, 11 am and 2:30 pm
  • Here is a list of which class performs in each of our shows 2026 Recital Show by Class

**Please note on 2 show layout**:

• Each class performs in 1 show.
• Dancers may perform in both shows if enrolled in multiple classes.
• Families that have multiple dancers in the studio may be present for both shows as siblings may perform in different shows.
• Select Competition routines perform in both shows.

RECITAL FEES 

RECITAL COSTUME FEES BY CLASS: (due December 17)

• Combo I ages 3/4 ballet/tap costume fee = $70.00 costume fee (perform 1 dance in recital)
• Combo II ages 5-6 (ballet/tap or jazz/tap) costume fee = $100.00 costume fee (perform 2 dances in recital)
• All other classes costume fees per dancer/per class enrolled (NOT COMBO):
  • • Child costume size XSmall – Child Large = $77.00 per costume per class
    • Child costume size Xlarge – Adult XXlarge = $83.00 per costume per class

• Costume fees do not include tights.  Tights sold via our ONLINE STORE.
  • When costumes are announced for each class the style & color of tights required for recital will be announced.
• Costume fees are NON REFUNDABLE
• Costumes will not be ordered if payment is not due in full by due date
• Late Fees and additional shipping fees will be charged if payment is not received by due date

RECITAL DANCER PARTICIPATION FEE: (due March 19)

• For each dancer participating in the recital, a dancer recital fee of $82.00 is due March 19 
• The dancer recital fee assists in venue rental for dress rehearsal, recital day, staffing and each dancer will receive:
  • Recital themed t-shirt (recital logo front & cast list on back)
  • Digital video link of both shows including all dances performed in each show.  Even if your dancer only performed in one show, you will receive a link of both shows.
  • Recital Tickets are not included in the recital dancer fee.

RECITAL TICKETS: (sale dates TBA May)

• Tickets are not included in the recital fee and are to be purchased.
• Ticket sale dates held in May and accounts must be paid in full before you may purchase & receive your tickets.
• No refunds for recital tickets. If a ticket is lost, no substitute will be provided.  A new ticket must be purchased at ticket price.
• 2025 Recital Ticket rates ranges from $10 – $25 per ticket based on child/adult and attendance of 1 or both shows.
